Once we’ve aligned on the big picture, we get into the details. This includes:

  • Design & Plan – Architectural design, structural engineering, and any other necessary blueprints. 

  • Budgeting & Fixed Cost – Transparent, fixed-cost estimates so you know exactly what to expect.
